We are looking for a **Strategy Planning Manager **to join our team. Your responsible for supporting the Workplace Technology Director in aligning the pillars, consolidating the portfolio roadmap and liaise with other functions of organisation

As a **Strategy Planning Manager,** you will:
Support the pillars to assess dependencies, consolidate activities, and plan within the portfolio.

Support prioritisation activities, optimising resources to deliver and support Investment team

Act as a point of contact to escalate activities with other FFMA teams (i.e., Organisational Enablement)

Assess and ensure demand aligns with workplace technology plans and IT Strategy

Help to identify demand conflicts, recommending escalation of them where appropriate for resolution, and for balancing the requests for new work with the current workload

Allocate resource capacity to right activities & plan for additional resources required to meet demand

Support the Director in managing the function's budget

**Skills and experience required**:
Program management experience.

Experience managing PM's previously.

I.T delivery management experience.

Strong business engagement skills, project financials, operated with various delivery frameworks.

Has worked across portfolios and participated in long term planning (in internal workplace tech).

Has worked with budgets up to $20 - $30M.
