**Accounts and Administration Officer/Bookkeeper**
Seeking an experience accounts and administration officer on a casual/part-time basis to support our busy retail businesses. Minimum time commitment 15 hours per week (additional hours as negotiated based on business requirements). Days and hours can be flexible but ideally within business hours and consistent time/days.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- _Data entry including some cost centre allocation_
- _Bank Reconciliations_
- _Credit card reconciliations_
- _Fortnightly Payroll processing for 15-20 staff_
- _Processing superannuation payments through_
- _MYOB._
- _All Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks_
- _and management including liaising with customers_
- _and suppliers_
- _Creation and review of P&L and Balance Sheet_
- _Reporting as required_
- _Payroll and EOPY related account reconciliations and reporting_
- _Liaising with external accountants and related tasks as required_
- _Preparing payments via EFT_
- _Processing credit card payments_
- _Review of external data entry for accuracy_
- _Liaising with internal staff regarding AP/AR related queries_
- _Ad hoc administrative tasks as required/requested by management_
- _Reviewing and updating internal administrative and financial procedures for both external contractors and internal team as required/necessary_
- _Able and willing to facilitate new processes to enable clearer financial reporting_
**Experience & Attributes**
- _Prior experience in a bookkeeping/accounts all-rounder role_
- _Proficient in MYOB Accountright (or similar)_
- _Intermediate Excel Skills_
- _Excellent communication skills_
- _Excellent attention to detail and accuracy_
- _Brilliant time-management and organisational skills_
- _Ability to work independently_
