An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Enquiries & Enrolments representative** to join the team.

**Your new role**

You'll be joining a vibrant and welcoming team whose goal is to provide high quality customer service for families who enquire about our centres and services.
- Answer enquires from parents in a timely and accurate manner
- Convert parent enquiries into tours and enrolments
- Build strong relationships with Centre Managers
- Assist in the end to end enrolment process
- Help families make a seamless transition into childcare

**What YOU need**

To be successful in the role you will have;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or admin (preferred)
- Previous experience in childcare (highly regarded)
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work from home
