**About the Opportunity**:
he Project Officer - Folio is responsible for the implementation of Folio at Flourish Australia. Folio provides a single tool kit to manage Contracts, Risk & Compliance. Folio provides the essential features needed to manage contracts and ensures Flourish Australia’s contract (including contracts, leases, funding agreements, deeds and variations) management is effective. Folio is a repository for contract information, formal documents and approvals, and manages the approval processes for both incoming and outgoing contracts.
- The key tasks and responsibilities will include but is not limited to:_
- Liaise with the vendor team from Folio on the setup of the templates and configuration of Folio.
- Collate information/data needed for these templates for the documents by liaising with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Managers.
- Upload the final data set to Folio.
- Ensure appropriate and effective document approval, management and reporting workflows are documented and implemented.
- Provide key user testing and user acceptance testing for Folio.
- Train users on Folio and provide access to the system.
- Ensure effective reports are set up to provide appropriate management and governance of contracts.
- Support the implementation and operation of the Safety App SHEQSY.
Although the implementation of Folio is the primary responsibility of this position, the position will also be responsible for supporting or leading other projects as required e.g. SHEQSY.

**Selection Criteria**:
**_ Essential:_**
- Demonstrated experience working with records management systems, notably Folio.
- Demonstrated skills in project management and presenting engaging training sessions.
- Subject Matter Expert level / Expert User knowledge and skills in relation to Folio.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of data information management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to collate and analyse data and prepare written reports.
- Proven ability to work independently, with initiative and take direction as required.
- Strong time management and organisational skills and proven capacity to prioritise work commitments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures,
and to work as part of a multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites to develop collaborative relationships and networks between agencies.

- A carer role or having a personal lived experience of a mental health issue.
