We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team based at Pinkenba. This is a permanent, full-time role within the Customer Interface Team.

**About the role**:

- Ensure a seamless high standard of service to our customers
- Investigate, resolve and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Provide proactive communication regarding deliveries and transportation issues
- Support other business areas with queries regarding product availability and invoicing
- Roster of Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm

**About you**:

- You thrive in a high volume order processing environment and can maintain resilience
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You love to learn and pick up new things quickly and easily
- You are able to maintain and develop customer relationships
- You have a strong eye for detail, even when processing orders on a busy day
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
- Ideally, you will have experience within the transport / logistics industry
