Are you passionate about ensuring operational excellence while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements?
We are seeking a proactive Compliance and Privacy Advisor to join our client's dynamic Customer Experience team. This pivotal role will drive the company's commitment to quality management and privacy across their operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Embedding the Customer Experience Quality Management Framework to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance.
- Leading incident review and remediation efforts, leveraging data insights to mitigate non-compliance risks.
- Coordinating audit activities and ensuring robust internal controls.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to champion compliance and privacy initiatives.
- Supporting audit preparation and participation across Customer Experience functions.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Demonstrated root cause analysis skills and ability to deliver targeted solutions.
- Experience in coordinating audits and testing internal controls.
- Thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer outcomes.
- Proficient in CRM systems, billing systems, and Microsoft Office.
**Non-negotiables**:
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles or relevant contact center experience.
- Awareness of Essential Services Commission (ESC) and Energy and Water Ombudsman (EWOV).
- Able to undergo police checks and provide required documentation.
