The Opportunity

Join a world leader in influenza vaccine manufacturing and specialty pharmaceuticals—CSL Seqirus. We tackle critical problems and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.

We're looking for a dynamic Primary Care Sales Representative to join our team in Brisbane. This role covers the Brisbane North and Townsville areas and is a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2025.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Targets: Achieve individual and area sales targets for CSL Seqirus pharmaceuticals portfolio
- Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor territory action plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely building relationships with key doctors / nurses/ practice staff / pharmacies building brand loyalty by providing support and service to them and their patients.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Area Business Manager.
- Territory Management : Manage a designated territory both autonomously and as a member of a dedicated and dynamic QLD Team.

Skills and Experience
- Experienced GP Sales Representative, or successful On Road Sales Representative in a similar field with outstanding sales results
- Proven track record in exceeding business and personal targets
- Possess a results -driven ‘can do’ attitude
- A tertiary qualification in business, pharmacology, nursing, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations (preferred).
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Strong customer focus, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ambition, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional collaboration and teamwork abilities.
