Greencross Vets Holden Hill is co-located in a very popular Petbarn store; we have a great relationship with our Petbarn team, offering healthcare, advice and benefits for our clients and their pets. Our well appointed clinic boasts experienced support staff and a lovely, loyal clientele base. With 2 consult rooms, sterile theatre and all the mod-cons, you're equipped to provide the highest of standards in patient care. Our clinic is close to the city, and local to recreational and dog friendly parks, being less than 30 minutes from Adelaide's centre.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
- Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
- Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
