**About the Opportunity**

Seeking a flexible and reliable Support Worker who can provide care, support, and assistance to one of our Members located at Banksia Beach, Bribie Island. Visits currently available include:

- Monday & Wednesday 9 - 10 am for Personal Care
- Friday afternoon 2 hours for cleaning support
- COVID-19 Vaccinations are required as per government mandates.
- **Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (Or prepared to obtain one)**:

- A successful and current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- **Certificate III in Aged Care/Disabilities/Individual Support or higher (or studying) is preferred.**:

- Full training and assessment can be provided for personal care, manual handling, and basic medication support to suitable applicants.
- Driver's License and own vehicle
- Smartphone
