**Product Owner**

**About you**
- Experienced in Agile, rapidly changing environments
- Experienced in mentoring and driving teams
- Ability to prioritise important issues and drive to exceed performance
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build relationships with a range of people
- An innovative individual who can identify ways to improve processes

**The role**
- Working closely with the software engineers, outlining structures and executing deadlines
- Take ownership of the in-house project delivery function that covers end-to-end project delivery
- Ensure the quality of inputs and outputs by coordinating activities between multiple teams
- Ensure timelines for delivery are kept by holding team members accountable
- Manage training workshops to improve processes or automation changes
- Establish a process for innovation
