**About the Company**:
Boutique’s client is a Investment Manager located in the CBD. They are seeking a superstar Office Manager/ Client Services Assistant to join their Sydney team.

**About the Role**:
This role is an exciting and varied role split between Office Manager and Client Services Assistant. The role is an integral part and support function of the close knit Sydney office

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assisting the Operations Manager & Senior Portfolio Administrator to perform daily portfolio administration and review tasks;
- Assist in processes surrounding reconciliations, corporate actions, trading and accounts opening and closing;
- Assist in the production and reviewing of Client reporting - monthly, quarterly annual and ad hoc reporting;
- Maintain and update the unlisted securities register;
- Assist the Senior Portfolio Administrator in preparing in-specie stock transfers.

**About You**:

- Previous experience as an Administration Assistant or Office Manager would be highly desirable
- Polished with great communication is a MUST
- Pro-active with a keen sense of initiative
- Experience with administration tasks
- Warm and friendly personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
