**Position Description and Workplan**

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of the **Swan Group Marketing**

**Strategy**.

Working across the Swan Group of Companies, the Digital Marketing Manager will _collate, develop _
- and distribute_ consistent marketing materials across a range of digital platforms.

Working each of the entities and at different work sites, the Digital Marketing Manager will specifically develop a strong understanding and proficiency in the use of a range of digital platforms, including:

- WordPress
- Mail Chimp
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- SMS Messaging
- Google Page
- Eagle Agent CRM
- Dropbox
- Microsoft Office Suite

The Digital Marketing Manager will also support the Swan Group with filing and records management, both electronic and hard copy. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for filing and managing:

- Photo and Video Library
- Soil Mapping Library
- Customer Databases
- Quality Management and WHS Document Control Records

The Digital Marketing Manager will work across all the Swan Group sites on a regular rotation basis.

Other administrative, project and team activities will be identified to suit the operational needs of the Swan Group.

**The Swan Group**

The Swan Group is the informal name for the four companies trading under the direction of Craig and Kerry Swan.

The Swan Group is comprised of:
Swan Brothers Pty Ltd is multi-faceted agribusiness based in Meningie, South Australia, in the heart of the Coorong region.

Swan Brothers supplies, and spreads, soil conditioners, fertilisers and soil ameliorants that improve the productivity of local pastures and crops.

Swan Agri Business is an integrated farm on the Narrung Peninsula growing a range of high value seed crops, lucerne hay, cereal crops and a commercial beef herd.

Swan Earthmovers Pty Ltd was established in December 2020 following the purchase of the key assets of the former Bettsco Earthmovers, Meningie.

Supplying a range of crushed rocks and quarry materials to the wider Upper South East and

Murraylands region, Swan Earthmovers also construct farm tracks and deliver contract crushing services.

With offices in Tailem Bend and Meningie, Coorong Realty is real estate agency, with a difference, that delivers holiday, workforce and service accommodation, property management, sales and visitor tours.

Established in 2015, Seymour Ventures Pty Ltd trading as Coorong Realty, was created in 2015 to take advantage of the growing demand for accommodation and services because of the construction of The Bend Motorsport complex.

**Key Skills**
- Proficient with a range of cloud based, business software (Microsoft, Canva, Dropbox, Social

Media) platforms.
- Well-developed business writing and communication skills
- Intermediate graphic design skills
- Strong organisational and records management abilities, particularly the organisation of information, documents, photos and maps

**Knowledge or Experience**
- Experience in working in a small team/small business
- The ability to multi task, prioritise and manage a number of projects simultaneously.

- Keen learner - the ability to learn new programs through either tutorials or demonstration
