Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive Mainenance Labourer to join our team and help keep our farm operations running at their best. This role is hands-on and varied, covering everything from machinery upkeep and building repairs to landscaping and waste management. You'll work across different areas of the farm to ensure equipment, facilities and infrastructure are safe, functional and well maintained.
Reporting to our Farms Maintenance Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide essential support for the upkeep, repair and improvement of the farm's infrastructure, equipment and facilities.

About the Role
No day is the same You'll be travelling to and from some of our SA Farms including location such as Tailem Bend, Murray Bridge and Cooke Plains.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out routine maintenance, cleaning and adjustments on machinery and equipment
- Assisting with repairs to farm buildings, fences and infrastructure
- Performing landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming and general up keep
- Assisting tradespeople and contractors on projects and upgrades
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Responding promptly to urgent maintenance needs and emergencies
About You
In looking for our next passion driven team member, our ideal candidate has the below:
- 1-2 years' of maintenance or similar work experience
- Practical experience with hand and power tools is essential - welding experience is a bonus
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach
- Time and work management skills to ensure the workload is managed and deadlines can be met
- Preparedness to work flexible hours (including some weekends and public holidays if required)
