**The Role**:

In this truly generalist role, you'll report to our Group Head of People & Culture and partner with client groups of IT, Finance, and Compliance & Risk in a fast-paced matrix environment. We're currently undergoing the largest tech transformation in Pepperstone's history, and you'll play a vital role in this evolution. While the regional focus of this role is Australia, you'll also contribute to global P&C initiatives and work with team members across other regions.

**Your days may include, but not be limited to**:
- Partnering with 3 client groups and driving P&C cyclical operations and initiatives (performance, goal setting, engagement, remuneration)
- With data, driving business outcomes through effective organizational design, change leadership, and talent management
- Work with our Talent Acquisition specialists, managers and vendor partners to support the best hiring outcomes
- Researching, creating, organising and implementing global people initiatives, marketing important dates, and assisting with events ad hoc and with support
- Assisting your P&C team members solve problems, implement improvements, and help deliver an a-mazing employee experience
- Guiding, coaching, directing and influencing leaders to achieve the best outcomes
- Creating and updating P&C information and documentation; and undertaking communications at different levels through various channels, including presenting and facilitating employee sessions.
- Previous P&C generalist experience with results, ideally in a growth/start up, tech or fast-paced environment
- Previous recruitment experience or exposure, this may be as part of previous generalist P&C roles
- Experience in effectively navigating employee relations issues in Australia
- Experience in effectively guiding stakeholders through change and influencing outcomes
- Experience working with people data and metrics, and the ability to present information in different formats to a range of audiences
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to craft high quality HR documentation as well as playful, engaging internal and ad hoc external people-related content
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail + along with ensuring a high level of confidentiality
- Highly collaborative approach to stakeholder management
- Attributes of curiosity, drive, approachability and hands-on in approach
- Comfortability with working amongst ambiguity at times
