**About the Role**
In this newly created role as Digital Experience Lead, you’ll take full ownership of our off-stack renewable energy solutions website—driving performance, engagement, and conversion. You’ll blend creativity with data-driven insights to craft seamless, intuitive digital experiences that inspire customers and support our clean energy mission. Key aspects of the role include (but aren’t limited to):

- Owning and maintaining our website and web chat experience, ensuring a scalable, consistent, and high-performing digital presence. Understanding every
- Using data, A/B testing, and analytics to firstly understand and subsequently drive improvements in performance.
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams—from Marketing to Tech partners to System teams—fostering alignment of digital and CX strategies with business priorities.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and lead innovation in customer experience design, embracing emerging technologies and adopting tools that provide practical solutions.

**About You**
- Proven experience in digital ownership, ideally in energy, finance, or another highly regulated industry.
- A track record of driving performance improvements and optimising the platforms you’ve supported, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, friction points, and barriers to conversion.
- Expertise with headless CMS platforms (we are on Strapi), including strong content publishing and management/governance experience.
- Curiosity to get under the hood; from getting familiar with how we develop our site through to understanding our UX/UI framework and design language.
- The nous and courage to collaborate and influence with our core stakeholder groups management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
