**Primary objective**:
To maintain RTO Compliance and best practice training delivery. This role is responsible for the coordination administration, and data management across the training organisation.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
- Champion all applicable training related laws, regulations and statutory obligations
- Reviewing and promoting continuous improvement of the RTO systems
- Developing and maintaining plans, schedules, quality control and version control of documents relating to RTO compliance in line with Otraco OMS
- Providing support and guidance to the Otraco Training team and ensuring an active approach in minimising compliance risk
- Support management in the strategic planning & implementation of the VET processes and systems
- Assisting in maintenance of the RTO scope of registration, in collaboration with the RTO Lead and staff
- Assist in the review and development of RTO policies and procedures.
- Maintenance of Otraco RTO compliance framework to ensure that the RTO complies with the standards for registered training Organisations (standard) within the scope of registration
- Monitor and assist with RTO mandatory reporting
- Develop and Coordinate training schedule with RTO Lead
- Complete monthly reporting for external and internal clients
- Conduct gap assessments and compliance checks on certificates
- Maintain all RTO Data and record keeping ensuring compliance with RTO Standards including issuance of certificates
- Manage RTO Cost recovery (Purchase Orders, Requisitions/accounts Payable/ Accounts receivable)
- Evaluate outcomes and feedback of the training courses
- Continuous review and development of all courses.
- Consult with industry to ensure the continuous relevance of training courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to individual learners needs and organisational goals
- Provide advice, guidance and updates to staff regarding RTO standards
- Assisting the RTO Lead with overall organisational planning and development, implementation and evaluation of strategies and activities designed to achieve the organisation’s objectives.
- Support quality service delivery that optimises stakeholder satisfaction
- Liaise with Otraco Operations Manager’s and Site Supervisors to support site specific requirements

- Actively promote a HSE culture across the region and lead by example.
- Ensure that all personnel work safely and comply with Otraco procedures and legislative Requirements.
- Assist with the investigation of hazards, incidents and unsafe work conditions and equipment, and implement actions to eliminate or reduce risks to acceptable levels.
- Ensure that all procedures are communicated, understood and complied with by all personnel.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing procedures, to encourage the adoption of best practice and standardisation across all Otraco operations.
