**About the role**

Collaborate seamlessly with every member of the Partnerships Team to ensure a flawless execution of every partnership inclusion, event, and activation within the Ladbrokes & Neds portfolio. In addition to providing valuable support to the team, this individual will also have the opportunity to cultivate and foster their personal relationships with partners nationwide, thereby ensuring that our brand is represented with utmost professionalism across all platforms.

As Partnerships Coordinator your impact on the Partnerships Team is essential as you are supporting each member of the team in managing the entire portfolio of partnerships, which calls for some serious multitasking skills. As our team prides itself on making a memorable impression on race days and ensuring that our brand is represented in the best light possible in front of our valued customer.

**What you will do**
- Ensure that all necessary partnership activities are coordinated well.
- Maintain and grow partnerships to create mutually beneficial relationships.
- Deliver a high level of partner satisfaction through providing prompt, customer focused and professional responses to all enquiries and requests from partners & stakeholders.
- Craft customised and inventive strategies that are tailored to each partner to achieve optimal results.
- Coordinating every aspect of partnership events and activations, making certain that all activities align with and reflect our brand's core values.
- Ensure that all partnership ideas can be executed successfully within the allocated budget and comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Document and provide a detailed report on all partnership activities, including post-campaign analysis and budgeting.

**Who we’re looking for**
- A Passion for event planning, activation, and project management.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines while handling stressful situations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with staff, contractors, and partners across all organisational levels.
- Exceptional office administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for sports and a strong interest in the wagering industry.
- This role offers an opportunity to travel to racing clubs and work trackside. Therefore, possessing flexibility in availability and remarkable presentation skills is imperative.
