As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Burleigh Waters

Our Centre is purpose built and located on the Waterfront, catering for 65 children each day and rated EXCEEDING NQS
We’re close to shops, amenities and local schools and have plenty of parking available
We embed the Key Educator practice throughout the centre with smaller groups and key Educators to provide strong relationships between our Children, Families and Educators
We have three separate playgrounds with running areas, climbing equipment, sand pits, mud kitchen, waterfront fishing, and gardens which ensure our children have a variety of space to explore and discover
We provide a specialised program to ensure inclusion for all Children, with Yoga, Language, Sports, Computer studies, dance and drama, healthy mind and healthy body
Community is important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
