**About the role**
You will identify, asses, and mitigate various risks that could potentially harm the company's reputation and financial stability. The Risk and Investigation Officer will perform investigations into potential fraudulent activities, employee misconduct, and other violations of company policies and procedures. This role requires a combination of data analysis, problem-solving and admin skills.
**Responsibilities**
Take directions from the Regional Security Manager and extend support in the day to day security, risk and investigation function within the department
Investigate external and internal losses and report on circumstances.
Assist in the inspection of the Branch perimeter and building security, the functioning of equipment, alarms, CCTV, and access systems
Ensure all documentation and reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure safe work practices are adopted and performed and any unsafe work practices are immediately reported to management
Assist in the compilation of Site Inspections (CSIs) of client premises, thus ensuring a safe environment for our officers
Monitor & control safe installations & removals
Continuous admin support and contribution for all department functions
**About you**
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Familiarity with risk management frameworks, investigative techniques, and regulatory compliance requirements
Relevant experience with electronic security systems desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
