**The Client**

Established in 2009, our client is the leading Australian women’s fashion footwear & accessory brand. Encompassing all things sexy, feminine & on-trend, the business has expanded to a go-to location for all things footwear & accessories. Travelling to international destinations, the designers are inspired by the freshest new looks and trends from the fashion capitals of the world & translate these ideas into fresh, fashionable styles that create an impact. Expanding their retail stores across the country and stocking to major international retailers, our client aims to provide every fashion-conscious girl with a fun, affordable and addictive place to shop for all shoe addicts.

**The Role**

With a new and exciting concept and growth plans to take things to the next level, a unique opportunity has become available for a Store Manager who is ready to take on their dream job with a company offering progression opportunities and generous benefits. You will be sales driven, highly motivated and have a passion for excellent customer service

Key responsibilities include:

- Inspire a high performing team, ensuring professional growth & ongoing training
- Manage store operations and drive targets and KPI's
- Promote brand loyalty and client development in order to guarantee financial targets are met
- Loss Prevention
- Manage rosters
- Develop & maintain an external network in order to promote customer loyalty and remain updated about local events
- Represent the company values & policies

**The Requirements**
- A minimum 2 years experience managing a fashion retail store, ideally within the footwear sector with at least 1 year management experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Passion for inspiring your team and providing ongoing training & development
- Intelligent in decision making processes and able to tackle a broad range of scenarios
- Articulate and confident communicator
- Exceptional relationship skills and a focus on clienteling
- Strong understanding of local client demographic
- Outstanding customer service skills, embodying the values of the brand and excellence of service standards
- Strong business acumen
