**Position overview**
Finance and Business Services supports the University's strategic and operational goals through the provision of professional corporate financial management and administration, reporting, and effective business services. The University is a diverse institution with Finance and Business Services playing a key strategic business advisory role.

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and enthusiastic procurement and contract management professional to join the Australian National University's Procurement and Contract Office (UPCO) within Finance and Business Services (F&BS). The position will work closely with the F&BS and UPCO teams, ANU Legal Office and stakeholders across the University to deliver procurement and contract management advice, as well as managing end-to-end procurement processes to meet the University's current and emergent requirements.

To be successful in this role you will require high calibre communication and engagement skills, extensive procurement and contract management experience, a genuine commitment to providing value for money outcomes and the ability to deliver a high quality, customer focused service. Your demonstrated analytical skills and your ability to work to tight deadlines and to problem solve effectively will ensure success in this role. General knowledge of the education sector is desirable but not essential.
