**Main Responsibilities**:
1. Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, and housekeeping activities.

2. Supervising common area cleaning, garden maintenance and property maintenance.

3. Advertising and showing vacant properties to prospective tenants.

5. Establishing and enforcing property rules.

6. Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities.

7. Controlling the selection, training, and supervision of staff.

8. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

9. Ensuring building is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

10. Planning and overseeing renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services.

11. Collecting or adjusting rent and security deposit and keeping track of tenant accounts.

12. Investigating complaints and resolving conflicts.

13. May provide guests with local tourism information and arrange tours & transportation.

**Skill Level**

1. At least AQF diploma or higher qualification required.

2. Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar role undertaken in the last five years.

3. Working 20 hours or more per week and highly relevant to the nominated occupation.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good budgeting and math skills.

6. A working knowledge of tenant and employment laws.

7. Excellent management, negotiation, and planning skills.

**Salary**:

- $85,000 -$90,000 plus Super
