**Description**:
**About the Role**:
**You will be involved with**:

- Preparing end of month accruals
- Preparing end of month reports, analysing variances and preparing commentaries
- Managing the disposal of assets when sales or auctions occur
- Managing the asset movements and rates
- Managing timesheet reports and liaising with project teams to accurately data and information
- Managing plant work orders, ensuring all costs are captured and WOs completed
- Managing asset revaluations, updating trackers, while liaising with the Finance team
- Managing registers
- Assisting with capitalisation of new assets
- Assisting with additional reporting and providing documentation for audits, where required
- Advising Finance of any cost journals that may be required between jobs or projects
- Daily goods receipting of delivery dockets
- Providing coverage for the Plant Administration, where required

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Relevant qualifications in business and commerce, accounting or experience in a similar role
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the resources or construction industries, with relevant plant and commercial experience
- MS Office proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Jobpac and Plant & Procurement, highly desirable
- Experience with BI Tools, preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to work well without supervision
