**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Graduate CCM Developer aka Application Support Analyst in our Brand, Marketing & Communications team, you will:

- Troubleshoot issues that arise within key systems and diagnosing recurring instances.
- Perform health checks and ensuring systems are in good health on a routine basis.
- Rectify production issues in a timely manner in accordance with system SLAs.
- Participate in deployment testing activities
- Build and test transactional communication and campaign templates

This role is available as a **12 month max-term/ secondment** opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- A minimum five (5) years’ experience using Customer Communications Management tools incorporating template authoring, recognition of common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity provided by software such as GMC/Quadient Inspire, Thunderhead or OpenText Exstream.
- Java programming experience.
- Ability to analyse requirements to develop appropriate solutions.
- Tertiary level of education in Information Technology discipline.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments with mínimal supervision.
