As a Junior On-Site Technical Support Analyst in our Workplace Technology team, you will work as part of a global team with the goal of delivering world-class technology and exceptional customer service to Atlassians everywhere. This particular role would require you to be onsite in Sydney during normal working hours (Monday-Friday) to support Atlassians, maintain/support meeting rooms, provide event support and technical support for technologies that Atlassians use on a daily basis.

**On your first day, we'll expect you to have**:

- Epic customer service skills
- A love of helping people and an appetite to learn
- Solid skills supporting and troubleshooting MacOS both in person and remote
- Solid skills supporting collaboration tools (Slack, GSuite, Mural, etc)
- Familiarity with various MDM solutions
- Some familiarity with SAML integrations

**It is great, but not required, if you have experience with**:

- Experience supporting Windows 10/11
- Some knowledge of Microsoft MDT / Imaging / SOE’s
- Experience working with a globally distributed team
- Experience in providing AV tech prep & support for events onsite
