**Your Role**

As the Production Manager you will manage and drive the performance of Highland Pine’s Drymill, where their product is finished, graded, treated and packed for delivery to their clients. You will be key in Highland Pine’s continued success, leading and continually developing a large team while maintaining their strong safety culture.

With the business’ broader focus on the continual improvement and optimisation of the site, you will play a key role in both upcoming capital upgrade projects, as well as ongoing continuous/process improvement initiatives for the mill. You will also be supported by a highly engaged, collaborative and experienced leadership team.

**Your Experience**

You will be a Production Manager or Supervisor, ideally with experience in a high-volume and highly mechanised production/manufacturing environment. You will demonstrate a strong focus on people leadership and development, as well as broader stakeholder engagement and influencing capability in order to drive positive outcomes and high levels of engagement across the workforce. You will also bring a continuous improvement mindset, looking to further optimise assets and processes to create further value for the business.
