Process Operator Role

We are currently seeking a Process Operator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position located in Oberon NSW.

Our manufacturing site produces MDF board, particle board, laminate, etc., along with our Woodchem site that creates resin and other products.

The successful candidate will be required to work in various areas of the site, operating machinery and equipment as needed.

  • Commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills (oral, listening, and written)
  • A desire to learn & apply new skills
  • Physical fitness
  • Current forklift licence (desirable)
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (rosters may include some weekends)
  • Strong literacy skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination including functional, audiometric, drug, and alcohol testing.
