We are a CRICOS registered provider looking for an experienced Academic Support Officer. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday.
As the Academic Support Officer, your main responsibility will be to provide academic support to students from the beginning to the end of their studies. You will work as part of a team and provide high-quality support to the College's training programs. The role requires excellent customer service skills and close collaboration with other academic and professional staff.
Your duties will include processing academic records, monitoring student attendance and activities, conducting intervention meetings, maintaining the Student Management System, and providing advice to students and staff regarding academic and administrative policies. You will also be responsible for reporting and general administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 years of experience in the RTO industry with CRICOS programs. Strong knowledge of Student Management Systems, particularly aXcelerate, is essential. Knowledge of AVETMISS reporting and other regulatory requirements is desirable. Attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are also required.
This is a full-time position with a salary starting from $60,000 per year. The work location is in Parramatta, NSW, and you must have the right to work in Australia.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
