Myhealth Kable Street in Windsor is seeking a casual medical receptionist to join our friendly team

You will be responsible for the following duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Process billing, Medicare, and private health fund claims
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Opening & Closing of the practice
- Restocking of stationary
- Adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and infection control standards

To be successful for this role you must:
**Essential**
- Previous experience in general practice, allied health, or specialist clinic
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality customer service
- Flexibility to work on short notice
- Have the ability to work in a team
- Be well presented and punctual
- Available Fridays

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and MBS items
- Experience using Best Practice software

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.35 per hour

**Experience**:
