**About the role**
The successful Family Support Services Team Member will have proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to provide exceptional care and quality information to customers, whilst meeting clear targets in a highly regulated and busy environment.

The day-to-day responsibilities:

- Manage new & existing customer registrations
- Respond and resolve customer account queries if within area of control or escalate if required
- Working collaboratively within the Family Support Services team to establish priorities
- Focus and commitment to continuous process improvement

- Visa / Passport
- Photo ID
