**Key job functions and responsibilities**:

- Identifying parts and components to fulfil Guest orders
- Consulting catalogues
- Materials handing
- Retail guest service including processing payments
- Receiving and filling orders for parts
- Organising dispatch
- Invoice preparation
- Maintain safe working environment, adhere to WH&S guidelines
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
- Assist in keeping Parts department clean, organised and up to date
- Carrying out storage and stock control procedures, including stocktake

**Required skills/experience**:

- Technical parts knowledge in the automotive field
- Customer service focused
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work productively unsupervised
- Good organisational skills
- Current valid QLD drivers’ licence
