**About the Role**
- Work alongside a trained and professional team, interpreting parts, provide customers with product information and technical advice, with the assistance of our industry leading online parts Catalogue Prolink
- First point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone, facilitate efficient and timely dispatch of parts. Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Be comfortable up selling to customers, arrange buy in products
- Invoice orders, process credits, inventory stock counts
- Ability to problem solve and have a solution based mindset

**What we’re looking for**
- An automotive parts interpreter - mechanical, auto electrical, industrial background preferred but not essential as training provided
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service, ability to problem solve with a solution based mindset
- Create moments that matter to strengthen business partnerships
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment as part of a high functioning team
