**About Your Role**

Scope has a new, exciting and unique opportunity for a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Practice Consultant based in Victoria to work within our Operations Team.

Reporting to the Practice Manager will work within a small team leading the roll out of Scope’s SIL Practice Model Pilot, which is designed to enhance Person entered Active Support and Practice Leadership.

**Your Key Focus**
- Manage and practice initiatives for a portfolio of frontline services that are in line with the organisation’s strategy
- Lead routine reviews of frontline services
- Ensure service delivery provided by frontline teams is aligned to the Scope Practice Framework
- Establish and support systems to regularly collect staff satisfaction
- Provide practice related training to Frontline teams, leaders and managers where required

**What We Look For**
- Experience operating in a leadership level within SIL environment
- Experience with behaviour support, complex healthcare needs and trauma
- Confident in presenting and running training sessions
- Demonstrated understanding of the disability sector and challenges faces by frontline teams
- Experience in analysing and collecting data
