**The Role**:
- You must possess Retail Management experience
- Current RSA
- Capable of taking orders and working well with others
- You must have a passion for Beer, Wine and Spirits
- Great work-life balance
**Tasks & what you need to succeed**:
- Ensure customer interactions are handled in a professional manner
- Efficiently manage day-to-day operations
- Recruit, train and develop employees
- Manage stock, including ordering and stocktake
- Data entry, invoicing etc
- Create and manage relationships with supplier representatives
- Margin and Price protection
- Accurate cash handling
- Product knowledge in all categories. Beer, Wine and Spirits
- Ability to manage social media accounts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $51,518.09 - $76,791.03 per year
