Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a kitchen or similar environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist gelato chefs with preparation and kitchen duties.
- Maintain and clean equipment to 48 Flavours’ high standards.
- Adhere to Food Safety, OH&S procedures, and WHS compliance.
- Set up store for daily service and manage cleaning tasks.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Support warehouse organisation and cleanliness.
- Assist with customer service as needed.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physically fit, able to perform repetitive lifting within safety guidelines.
- A positive, enthusiastic team player who loves hospitality and multitasking.

**Position Details**
This is a casual role offering 15-30 hours per week across a seven-day roster, primarily during morning and afternoon shifts, with occasional evening shifts based on business needs.

Pay: $24.95 - $42.17 per hour
