Fig & Bloom is seeking a **Full Time Floral Designer,** a skilled technician capable of designing superb floral arrangements efficiently and without direct instruction or supervision. With practical hands-on experience, an Experienced Floral Designer demonstrates progress toward sharing their knowledge with junior staff. A role model for our high standards of excellence. The successful applicant may be considered for a full time role if the position is available.

Key Challenges

This position is suited to an energetic, enthusiastic & responsible person with the ability to:

- consistently produce beautiful floral arrangements faithful to our product photographs
- meet daily production targets & assist any team members who might be struggling
- make a positive & memorable impression with every customer or client interaction
- contribute to the organized, orderly & smooth running of daily operations
- assist with inventory control, ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock
- maintain a clean, organized & safe work environment.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Detailed knowledge of our products & services.
- Understands the team & company.
- Follows our design processes.
- Meets targets for production efficiency & quality assurance.

- Organization, packaging & dispatch of orders.
