**Requirements**:

- Extensive customer service experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of its significance.
- Proficiency in SAP/CRM with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with Dynamics and SAP systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge, supported by service technicians.
- Preferred industry experience in whitegoods, parts, or aftersales service.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and proven ability to handle urgent customer situations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Executives.
- Utilise SAP/CRM systems effectively for customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Maintain and develop key accounts, building strong customer relationships.
- Drive urgency and efficiency within the team for timely customer issue resolution.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
