The Customer Support Team Leader is responsible for providing a memorable customer experience through helpful knowledge, friendly service and a caring approach.

**Requirements**:

- Provide guidance and support to achieve team goals, including service levels, incremental selling and Customer Satisfaction goals are achieved
- Verifying the needs of the customer, use product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
- Negotiate with vendors and distributors to attain special pricing requests
- Have a thorough understanding of, and leverage, vendor incentives and rebates programs within your specialisation.
- Work with Sales Admin Officers to generate quotes
- Post-sale, liaising with Purchasing team for any queries around procurement and provisioning of orders placed
- 3+ years previous experience in quoting and or customer experience in technology or related industry
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Team Leader is essential
- Previous inside sales experience in an System Integrator, IT distributor or MSP
