Westpac is seeking young and ambitious First Nations youth to join our team as a Retail Banking Trainee. These full-time traineeship opportunities offer a unique chance to develop valuable skills and gain firsthand experience in the finance industry.

**Position**: Retail Banking Traineeship

**Type**: Full-time Traineeship (12 months duration)

**Qualification**: Fee-free Certificate III in Financial Services

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers with their banking needs
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using banking systems
- Collaborating with team members to achieve branch goals and deliver excellent service

**Requirements**:

- Be able to work full time (Mon-Fri)

- Have excellent communication along with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
