Join Maxima and complete an entry-level, fulltime traineeship through NAB Bank as an Analyst Support Trainee at their Sydney CBD branch.

**The Role**:
This traineeship will see you working within the Operational Support & Performance team, providing administrative and reporting support for all client loan assessments. You will ensure that all client information is to a high standard and that customers receive outstanding service.

Across 12-months receive paid industry experience and allocated time to study towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Financial Services**.

**Duties Include**:

- Respond to customer enquiries in person and online
- Follow up client information
- Review files and flag issues with relevant party
- Update and maintain client files
- Document processing and management (e.g. filing, scanning and mailing)
- Use of industry software and systems

- A proactive attitude and takes initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of various technology, including Microsoft Office
