**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Strategic influence - Work alongside the executive team to drive digital innovation and eCommerce growth.
- High-impact projects - Shape and execute key business strategies, working across multiple teams.
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment - Be at the forefront of digital change, solving complex business challenges.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, Tech, and Operations.
- Develop and execute digital strategies to maximise online growth and customer engagement.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with leadership teams to drive business-wide transformation.
- Support key eCommerce initiatives and strategic priorities.

**Background & Experience**
- Experience in management consulting ideally from a top tier consulting firm or the likes of LEK, Oliver Wyman, EY PJP or Strategy&.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex issues.
- Ability to build financial models and strategic frameworks.
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience writing or contributing to board-level reports and presentations.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
