HR Business Strategy Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our organization. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver tailored human resources solutions across your client group.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with senior executives to implement the human resources business plan and drive strategic workforce outcomes
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and enterprise agreements
- Support workforce planning and headcount management aligned with organizational goals
- Champion consistent application of human resources frameworks and tools
- Collaborate on communication and engagement strategies to foster a transparent and inclusive workplace culture
- Lead change management and transformation initiatives
- Work collaboratively with human resources teams to deliver high-quality, consistent human resources services
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years' experience in a generalist human resources advisory role, strong knowledge of human resources functions, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a collaborative mindset.
