**About the role**:
Working with the Key Account Team and being responsible for projects supporting our clients and team with a variety of scheme needs including; employer performance improvement, risk management funding, client collaboration, creating innovation and process improvements.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Co-ordinating and supporting client services to ensure retention
- Oversea client engagement from training forums, seminars and education
- Early intervention support
- Cooperate with other departments to achieve business goals
- Prepare and conduct presentations to external stakeholders
- Contribute to and work on tenders for new Business
- Project management skills
- Data analysis of policy performance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience and exposure to the Workers Compensation schemes
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology)
- Demonstrated experience in account growth, acquiring new and managing existing business
