**About the role**
Bark is looking for exceptional Business Development Managers to join our embryonic Partnerships team. You’re a proactive hunter with a proven track record in building long term partnerships with stakeholder and business leaders. You also possess a keen interest in technology and/or digital marketing and have been a top performer in your previous positions.

We are focused on building out a tightly knit, talented team to help establish, grow and scale our Global Partnerships operation based in Melbourne. This opportunity is a challenging yet extremely rewarding one, with the chance to get involved in an exponentially growing worldwide business towards the start of a very special journey. As part of this, you’ll get exposure to the wider picture and invaluable learning on how a business in our position scales and overcomes challenges across the board.

- Develop and drive new business partnership sales across over 1500 categories globally
- Understand digital marketing and business trends to determine market growth opportunities
- Develop new long term relationships to increase sales performance
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to create new business opportunities
- Uncover and develop new commercial opportunities
- Account management of new clients that you have successfully onboarded
- Nurture existing client relationships to help them achieve success and maximise their potential with us
- Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
