**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Live your dream job as a Training Coordinator with the Winslow’s Learning and Development Team based in Campbellfield, in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, and forming part of the L&D team, you will
- Coordinate training, manage enrolments and update completions in databases
- Coordinate and maintain apprenticeship, traineeship and cadet signups, contracts, completions and funding claims
- Regularly review and identify knowledge, skill and qualifications gaps in position descriptions, and delivery training plans to mitigate skill gaps
- Champion and celebrate our learning culture and live our FACES values
