**Who are we?**

The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented at a local level.

As an NDIA partner, Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, North Sydney and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports the activities that will improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 years with developmental delay and/or disability.

**What does this role offer me?**

In this role, I will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children & families by supporting the implementation of the early childhood approach at a local level. By supporting the day-to-day operations and functions of the early childhood service, I will contribute to a smooth & efficient service for children & families.

I will work alongside other administration officers & the wider early childhood team to ensure high-quality services are provided to families & stakeholders. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where I can make a real difference in the lives of children and their families, while growing both personally and professionally.

**What will I be doing?**

As an early childhood Administration Officer, I will:

- Use my relevant qualifications in early childhood & experience in administration to support families on their NDIS journey.
- Ensure that families feel welcomed & heard as I facilitate the intake process for children using the NDIS IT system.
- Use my customer service skills to manage and record feedback, complaints & suggestions from stakeholders in a timely & professional manner.
- Bring exceptional organisational skills that I can use to manage office areas, ensuring all supplies and resources needed for the team are available in a timely fashion.
