**About the Role**

We're seeking a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor with warmth and charisma to provide efficient food and beverage service to our residents and guests. Utilising your previous experience and ongoing motivation you'll ensure exceptional service standards are delivered and always maintained in line with resident expectations. Reporting to, and working alongside the Village Hospitality Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will take responsibility of supporting, training and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage service from your team, working in our 5-star, premium built café's.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Confident, respectful and courteous attitude towards residents, guests, and colleagues.
- Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees working in the cafés to meet 5-star service standards.
- Manage administration requirements; rosters, stock orders, trainings, health and food safety requirements.
- Monitor efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with resident expectations.
- Ensure cashier procedures are carried out in line with agreed procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of and lead a team.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Completion of accredited Barista Course (desirable)
- 2 years of experience working in a similar role and/or environment.
- Experience working in a team supervisory role within restaurant, café, and bar environment.
- High standard of personal presentation.
