Support the Educational Leader in developing and implementing programs
- Full time 38 hours with a mix of split and block shifts
- Pay $30ph-$37ph + super

We are seeking a Full Time Educational Coordinator/2IC to join this NFP Parent Committee run OSHC service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Educational Leader in developing and implementing programs
- Help with the day to day running of the service, including administrative tasks.
- Build positive relationships with the children and their families.
- Ensure that the service meets all regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a similar role or within the childcare sector.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good communication and relationship building skills.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
