**About the role**:
To play a key role within the complete order to cash process as a credit control specialist.

To ensure payment to agreed terms, cash collection and management of aged debt claims and credit risk for Credit Team Manager

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Contribute to the development of Credit Control operations within Accolade Wines, driving down aged debt and improving overall DSO figures
- To ensure that all accounts are reconciled, and all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, including facilitating payment of overdue invoices
- To manage and ensure all customers outstanding debts are monitored and collected in accordance with authorised payment terms and targets
- To ensure that credit limits are adhered to, and credit limit reviews are conducted

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2-3 years’ experience working in an Accounts Receivable role
- Previous customer service experience is preferable
- Proven experience in effective negotiation and communication, both oral and written
- Exposure to modern ERP financial systems (eg JD Edwards) would be advantageous
