Randwick City Council is a leading local government organisation committed to serving our vibrant community on the beautiful eastern beaches of Sydney. We need suitable enthusiastic, customer focused (and preferably experienced) team members to join our Ranger Services team to undertake effective parking patrol and other regulatory and enforcement activities on a permanent basis.

Working in accordance with relevant legislation, Council policies, procedures and work practices, our new Parking Patrol Officers will provide a high level of customer service by patrolling designated areas, undertaking regulatory action, and issuing penalty infringements.

Our friendly team is performance driven operating 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm to meet the needs of our community. The successful applicants will need to meet this availability and at times respond to short notice.

**Things you will do**
- Undertake parking patrols and other regulatory activities.
- Assess compliance with regulations and take appropriate enforcement action.
- Issue penalty notices, directions, or other regulatory action.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the NSW Road Rules.
- Investigate and resolve parking/road related customer action requests.
- Interact and communicate with customers and the community in an effective and professional manner.
- Prepare notes, reports, and statements of evidence.
